The ideal candidate will have proven Chief Stewardess experience on large yachts (70m+), exceptional leadership skills, strong charter and luxury service knowledge, and the ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing interior team. Candidates should be professional, polished, organised, guest-focused, and confident in driving standards and continuous improvement.
