A wonderful opportunity to join a very large 100m+ extremely prestigious sailing yacht as Class II Unlimited 2nd Engineer.
- The yacht power is > 3,000KW so candidates who already have qualifying sea-time for Chief Unlimited will be favoured
- Previous yachting experience required
- Previous sail yacht time an advantage but not necessary
- Extensive experience with IDEA Maintenance and Inventory System is a requirement as establishing the system will form an important part of the role in the first year
- Good electrical knowledge
You will be responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of yacht machinery, including procurement and management of inventory and the accurate recording of maintenance tasks on the vessels PMS.
