Candidate Profile
This position will begin on a temporary basis, with the strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right crew.
We are seeking a capable, mature team with:
- Strong experience working as a small, tight‑knit crew
- Confidence operating independently in remote locations
- A proactive, hands‑on approach across all departments
1. Captain / Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Full vessel navigation, operations, and passage planning
- All engineering, mechanical, and systems maintenance
- Safe operation of the yacht in remote cruising grounds
Salary: EUR 8,000–9,000 per month
2. Stewardess / Chef / Officer of the Watch
Key Responsibilities:
- Interior service, housekeeping, and guest hospitality
- Galley duties: provisioning and delivering high‑quality meals
- Hold OOW qualification to assist with bridge watchkeeping
Salary: EUR 5,000 - 6,000 per month

We aim to allow adequate time for onboarding and vessel familiarisation before operations commence.
