We're seeking a team of skilled Deckhands for a fabulous private 100+m new build yacht with an excellent and well-respected owner.
Our first round of recruitment is for two August hires, with the additional 6 positions opening between August and the end of the year.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of yacht experience, ideally more
- Yachtmaster certification
- Excellent references
- Very good tender driving skills
- Team players who thrive in a positive and collaborative environment, a humble and professional attitude is essential
Additional skills of advantage:
- Golfer - to engage with guests. Strong people skills/social intelligence and a genuine passion for the game are key. No need to be a professional, but solid playing ability is preferred.
- PT (Personal Trainer): to train guests onboard, working alongside the senior PT.
