We are seeking experienced Deckhands to join a long standing 100m+ private superyacht with an excellent reputation on our books. This is a well-run, service-driven programme known for strong leadership, clear standards, and exceptional crew retention.
The yacht operates at a high level and places a strong emphasis on service, presentation, and teamwork. It offers a supportive yet demanding environment, ideal for crew who take pride in their work and thrive during busy seasons.

Start Dates
- Two positions available – start beginning of June
- One position available – start beginning of August
Package
- Rotation: 3:1
- Salary: €3,000 – €3,800 DOE
- Mediterranean summer season
- Tattoos accepted on a case‑by‑case basis
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professional, resilient, and positive deckhands who are committed to high standards and able to perform consistently in a demanding environment.
Suitable candidates will:
- Male - due to cabin arrangements (see our other ad for a Female Deckhand for the same vessel)
- Have a minimum of one year of deck experience
- Be service‑focused with strong attention to detail and presentation
- Be hardworking, proactive, and reliable
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to cope with sustained workloads during busy periods
- Be positive team players who contribute to a strong onboard culture
