Position: Deckhand
We are currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a prestigious 100m+ Motor Yacht with an anticipated start date at the end of August.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional deckhand looking to further their career on a large yacht operation. The successful candidate will join a hardworking deck team and must be prepared to maintain the highest standards of vessel presentation, safety, and guest service.
Rotation & Salary
- Rotation: 3:1
- Salary: €3,500 - €3,800 per month DOE
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deckhand on similar-sized yachts preferred
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Strong deck maintenance skills
- Experience with washdowns, detailing, line handling, anchoring, tender operations, and general deck duties
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Professional presentation and guest-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist with all deck operations and maintenance
- Maintain exterior areas to the highest standard
- Support docking, anchoring, and mooring operations
- Assist with tender operations and guest activities as required
- Follow safety procedures and vessel protocols
- Work collaboratively within a large professional crew environment
