Contract: 1-3 Months (with potential to extend)
Salary: USD $7,000-$8,000 per month
We are currently seeking a hands-on Engineer to join a 35m Motor Yacht operating a charter programme between British Columbia and Cabo, Mexico.
This role is ideally suited to an engineer who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the vessel. The yacht requires ongoing work, so we are looking for someone who is practical, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves.
Requirements
- Y4 Certificate of Competency (CoC) preferred
- MEOL (Marine Engine Operator Licence) will be considered for a strong candidate
- Valid B1/B2 Visa
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable sharing a small cabin

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced engineer who understands the demands of a busy charter yacht and is happy to take a very hands-on approach to maintenance and vessel operations. Flexibility, initiative, and a can-do attitude are essential.
