An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior stewardess to join a busy, high-profile sailing yacht operating both privately and on charter.
This is a demanding but highly rewarding role best suited to a candidate looking to build a long-term career in the industry onboard a vessel with exceptional standards.
This is a high-output, detail-driven program requiring resilience, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. In return, the vessel offers excellent training, exposure, and long-term development potential.
The Role
This is a hands-on, rotational interior role with a strong focus on:
- Housekeeping and laundry (primary responsibilities)
- Exposure to service duties as experience develops
- Maintaining immaculate presentation standards throughout
- Attention to detail and pride in finishing work to a high standard are essential.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a junior stewardess who is new to yachting but not completely green:
- Minimum 1 season experience required
- Strong understanding of interior standards and etiquette
- Demonstrates attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable in a busy, demanding environment
