We are seeking a *female Deckhand to join a long standing 100m+ private superyacht with an excellent reputation on our books. This is a well-run, service-driven programme known for strong leadership, clear standards, and exceptional crew retention.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional, resilient, and positive deckhand who is committed to high standards and able to perform consistently in a demanding environment.
Suitable candidates will:
- Have a minimum of one year of deck experience
- Be service‑focused with strong attention to detail and presentation
- Be hardworking, proactive, and reliable
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to cope with sustained workloads during busy periods
- Be positive team players who contribute to a strong onboard culture
