The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and professional Female Deckhand to join a 100m+ private motor yacht operating at a very high standard with a strong, experienced leadership team and excellent crew retention.
This is a busy, service-led operation with a structured environment, requiring crew who are proactive, resilient, and take pride in maintaining exceptional presentation and guest experience standards.
Role Overview
You will join a large, diverse deck team and be involved in all aspects of exterior operations. This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and supporting a seamless onboard experience.
Key Responsibilities
- General deck duties including cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep to the highest standards
- Supporting guest operations and service on deck when required
- Line handling, anchoring, watchkeeping, and docking operations
- Maintaining immaculate presentation across all exterior areas
- Working closely with officers and senior crew in a structured deck department
- Upholding safety procedures and operational standards at all times
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience as a deckhand (ideally on similar-sized yachts)
- Positive, hardworking attitude with strong team focus
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Professional, discreet, and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working within a culturally aware and respectful environment
