Head Chef | 80m Private New Build Yacht | Permanent Rotational Position (2:2)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to join an 80m private new build yacht. This is a permanent rotational position offering a highly attractive package.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a one-day trial onboard the owner's current yacht as soon as possible.
The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Head Chef capable of delivering exceptional cuisine to the highest standards. The owner has a particular preference for refined Southern Italian cuisine, with a unique dietary requirement. As such, candidates must demonstrate the ability to create outstanding flavour, variety, and presentation while working within these parameters.
This role will suit a chef who is passionate about fresh, high-quality ingredients, capable of producing elegant and healthy cuisine, and experienced in catering to the exacting standards of UHNW guests.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef on large private yachts of 70m+ or within high-end luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of refined Southern Italian cuisine
- Ability to create exceptional dishes whilst sticking to unique dietary requirements.
- Excellent organisational and provisioning skills
- Calm, professional, and adaptable approach
- Strong references and longevity preferred
