We are seeking an exceptional Head of Service to join an elite 100m+ superyacht program.

Position Overview
The Head of Service will be responsible for:
- Leading and elevating all guest service operations
- Setting world‑class standards across dining, service flow, presentation, and guest experience.
- This is a true Head of Service role with full responsibility for team leadership, training, systems, and procedures.
The successful candidate will manage the service team independently during owner interaction periods, maintaining flawless standards while senior management is engaged with principals.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience on 100m+ yachts
- Minimum 1–2 years as Head of Service
- Minimum 5–6 years total yachting experience
- Demonstrated longevity on previous vessels (stable employment history essential)
- Mature, composed professional
- Deep service expertise, ideally with:
- Michelin‑star exposure or have a passion for fine dining and elevated service
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead a service team
- Experience creating and implementing:
- SOPs
- Service manuals
- Checklists and procedures
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor
- No visible tattoos
- Highly discreet
Preferred
- Butler training or certification
- New‑build or build‑phase experience
- Experience working within ultra‑high‑profile, private programs
Logistics & Start
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Candidates to be ideally based in the EU at present
- B1/B2 visa required
- Schengen visa required
