Crew Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential crew members, understanding their experience, skills, and career aspirations.
Talent Sourcing & Matching
Quickly and efficiently match crew members with the right yacht opportunities based on qualifications, personality, and cultural fit.
Database Management
Maintain and update our crew database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on availability, certifications, and career progression.
Candidate Engagement
Conduct interviews, provide career advice, and support crew members in their job search journey
Client Collaboration
Work closely with yacht owners, captains, and management teams to understand their crew needs and preferences.
Social Media Savvy
Use our pages to advertise vacancies, build connections and attract top talent
Business Acumen & Growth Mindset
Contribute ideas that help the business evolve, stay competitive, and strengthen our position in the market. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, using this insight to help drive the agency forward. Actively participate in shaping new initiatives, improving processes, and enhancing the overall client and crew experience.
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience as crew in the superyacht industry is essential. Recruitment experience is beneficial but not required
A natural relationship builder with outstanding people skills.
An understanding of yacht crew roles, qualifications, and industry requirements is essential.
Must be confident in using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database for managing crew and client information. Training will be provided, but the ability to learn and adapt quickly is expected.
Must be proficient in IT, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Calendar.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional spelling and grammar, and the ability to craft emails that align with the company’s tone and professionalism.
Must be confident communicating with both crew and clients over the phone and via video calls on Teams.
Ability to quickly assess personalities and make smart, successful placements by matching the right crew to the right yachts.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple placements at once.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
A keen desire to understand more about the yachting industry and a genuine interest in helping crew members grow their careers whilst providing a premium service to our clients.
Honest and hardworking , ready to take on this exciting opportunity fully energised and motivated to meet the demands of both our crew and clients alike.
What are we offering?
Start June/July 2026
Annual salary circa £26k p/a - DOE & prorated
Commission earned on every successful placement
Pension (if UK based)
