Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service in line with large yacht standards

Housekeeping: daily cleaning, detailing, and maintaining guest and crew areas to immaculate standards

Laundry: managing guest and crew laundry, wardrobe care, and fabric handling

Service: table setting, silver service, cocktail service, and guest interaction with discretion and professionalism

Assisting with provisioning, inventories, and interior organization

Supporting safety drills and emergency procedures as directed by senior crew

Working collaboratively with the interior team to ensure smooth operations across all departments
Candidate Profile
-
Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Stewardess on large yachts (80m+)

Proven longevity in previous positions is highly valued
-
Strong background in housekeeping, laundry, and service
-
Positive attitude, adaptable, and calm under pressure
-
Team player with excellent communication skills

Motivated to progress within a professional yacht program
