Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience as crew in the superyacht industry is essential. Recruitment experience is beneficial but not required
• A natural relationship builder with outstanding people skills.
• An understanding of yacht crew roles, qualifications, and industry requirements is essential.
• Must be confident in using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database for managing crew and client information. Training will be provided, but the ability to learn and adapt quickly is expected.
• Must be proficient in IT, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Calendar.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional spelling and grammar, and the ability to craft emails that align with the company’s tone and professionalism.
• Must be confident communicating with both crew and clients over the phone and via video calls on Teams.
• Ability to quickly assess personalities and make smart, successful placements by matching the right crew to the right yachts.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple placements at once.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily exterior maintenance including washdowns, polishing, teak care, varnishing, and detailing to superyacht standards

• Line handling, mooring, and anchoring operations during arrivals, departures, and manouvers

• Tender driving and guest transfers, ensuring safe and professional handling at all times

• Water sports support including set‑up, instruction, and safe operation of equipment

• Assisting with paintwork, caulking, and minor repairs as required

• Supporting safety drills and emergency procedures under the direction of senior crew

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a deckhand role on yachts (longevity in previous positions is highly valued)
